Are you receiving your ICN e-newsletter?

Every month, ICN delivers a newsletter filled with course reviews, contests, and other information that will keep you up to par with the Privileged Play golf program. Make sure that you have access to our monthly newsletter!

If you haven’t received anything from us in more than 6 weeks, check your email security settings and add ICN to your address book or safelist. It takes a few minutes and will prevent you from missing out on the latest ICN news.

How to add info@privplay.com to your address book:

AOL 8.0 / 9.0:

  1. From your mailbox screen, click on the “Mail Options” drop down menu and then click on “Address Book”
  2. Click the “Add Contact” button (the “Add +” button in AOL 9.0)
  3. Copy “info@privplay.com” into the “Screen Name” field
  4. Click “Save Contact”


Earthlink:

  1. Click on the “Address Book” on the left navigation bar of your mailbox
  2. Click on the “Add” button
  3. Copy “info@privplay.com” into the “Screen Name” field
  4. Click “Save Contact”


Gmail:

  1. Click “Contacts” on left panel
  2. Click “Create Contact”
  3. Add: “info@privplay.com”
  4. Click “Save”


Hotmail:

  1. Open Hotmail account
  2. Click on “Contacts” tab at top
  3. Go to “Safelist” in left panel
  4. Add “@privplay.com”


Microsoft Outlook:

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook
  2. Click “Go” tab in top menu
  3. Click “Contacts”
  4. Click “New” – button near top left
  5. In “Full Name…” section: type “Priv Play Golf”
  6. In “E-mail…” section: type “info@privplay.com”
  7. Click “Save and Close”


MSN:

  1. Click on “E-mail Settings” (“E-mail | Junk E-mail” in MSN 9) on the left navigation bar of your mailbox
  2. Click on the “Junk Mail” (“E-mail | Junk E-Mail Guard” in MSN 9) link on the “E-mail Settings” page
  3. Click on the “Safe List” link on the “Junk Mail Settings” page
  4. Click on “Add an item to this list” link on the “Use Safe List” page (MSN 9 users skip this step)
  5. Copy “info@privplay.com” into the “Screen Name” field
  6. Click “Save Contact”


Yahoo:

  1. Enter “Address Book”
  2. Use the “Quick Add Contact” module at the bottom or top of the address book
  3. Add: “info@privplay.com”
  4. Click “Add”


If you use another email application...
If you have a different address, the process is similar to the
above instructions. Under “options” there will be a “filter” link
that you can use to identify info@privplay.com
as a safe sender.
