Druids Glen Golf Club

| Facility Type: Public |
Number of Holes: 18 |
Description:
Located in County Wicklow (affectionately known as the “Garden of Ireland”), Druids Glen Golf Resort is home to two of the most spectacular courses Ireland has to offer: Druids Glen and Druids Heath.
Druids Glen was the first of the two renowned courses to be carved into the Irish woodlands once inhabited by ancient Druid pagan priests. Opened in 1995, it is an award-winning challenge of a course that hosted the Irish Open from 1996 – 1999. The magnificent landscape of Druids Glen masterfully incorporates the Irish Sea, the Wicklow Mountains and wildlife-filled woodlands. Some of the world’s great golfers have played Druids Glen: Nick Faldo, Ernie Els, Retief Goosen and John Daly have all discovered why some call it the “Augusta of Europe”. Awarded European Golf Course of the Year in 2001, this is a must-play for any golfer.
